These terms apply to your use of the Fyno app and fyno.one, which are provided by Fyno (“we”). By using Fyno you agree to them.
1. What Fyno is
Fyno is a personal tool for recording and reviewing your own spending. It is not a bank, payment service or financial adviser. It does not move money, and nothing in the app is financial, tax or investment advice.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of the data you enter. You must be at least 13 years old, or have a parent’s or guardian’s permission, to use Fyno.
3. Automatic features
Voice entry, receipt scanning and auto-categorisation use automated processing and can make mistakes. Check the amount and category before you rely on a record.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service. This includes trying to access other people’s data, overloading or reverse-engineering our servers, or using Fyno for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Your data
Your data belongs to you. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export it or delete your account at any time.
6. Availability and changes
Fyno is provided free of charge “as is”. We work to keep it available and accurate but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we update these terms, we will change the date above.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for financial decisions you make based on the app.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
